The simple truth is that the majority of Americans would be shocked to learn how little they actually know of the codified laws & statutes that govern our everyday lives. Many would be truly surprised to learn the financial advantages attainable by addressing daily concerns that most individuals routinely mismanage, passively avoid, or stubbornly ignore.

We provide people with an education on the distinction between legal & lawful, what it means to interact in the public or in private, and how to operate successfully in business through various positions of representation, proxy, contract law, trust indenture, etc. Additionally, we promote the importance of comprehending the principles of agency and legal personhood as critical components for confidence and professional conduct in commerce.

Most importantly, we provide comprehensive civic education to youth and other community members who lack a strong grounding in constitutional principles — including rights protected under "the Bill of Rights." This foundational understanding is essential for living a civically protected, financially secure, and socially harmonious life.

Every individual participates in a commercial system without comprehending their dual role within it. Interactions, contractual obligations, and jurisdictional connections occur within a framework for which the individual was never truly prepared.

The education system promised individuals a comprehensive set of skills for thriving in today’s economy. In reality, it served to indoctrinate them, preparing them solely to work for corporate interests, leaving them stuck in a cycle of financial instability.
