Q: Why are you trying to raise $100,000.00? What will the money be used for?

A: As a Non-Profit, the initial stages of getting established can be costly. A portion of the funds raised will cover permits, licensing, business filings, and other administrative expenses necessary to officially establish the Nonprofit, legally. Secondly, funds will be allocated towards the cost of utilities, insurance, marketing, and any staff-associated expenses. Although there are many other details and items needed to get the business "up and running," Our current objective is to secure adequate funding to cover the first year’s lease for our physical location. Commercial lease options throughout the Los Angeles area that fall within the affordable range of this campaign will not be easy to find. We still believe our best course of action is to attempt matters from a budget perspective, reflecting an appreciation for the funds donated and a responsibility to spend appropriately.

Q: Will people have to pay for the service you provide?

A: Absolutely not. As a Non-Profit, all general education and information will be provided to our clients, free of charge, through webinars, "Zoom" meetings and other printed media sources. The only cost of operation we will incur will be for filing fees, printed documents, mailings, and other justified processing expenses. Private, advanced, or specialized courses are available for purchase by the client in addition to what we offer initially.

Q: Aside from providing education as a service, do you anticipate offering any other products or services that are not currently readily available?

A: Yes. We are preparing a membership plan consisting of various special lessons, processes, and activities specifically intended for the people who have displayed a clear comprehension of public law, civil procedures, and foundational principles. This will be a paid membership plan, of minimal cost, designed to help members take initiative in areas of commerce for financial gain. Basically, exposing legal, lawful, and ethical money-making opportunities for those individuals seeking personal advancement.

Q: How will you maintain an overhead (place of business) and all other costs associated with a brick-and-mortar location?

A: As a Non-Profit, we aim to maintain such costs of operation through donations, grants, and future campaigns (such as this one). Additionally, our membership plan, once initiated, should count for a reasonable amount of monthly donations raised for allocation, however/wherever appropriate. We also expect to generate additional revenue through webinars and similar presentations of specialized content that clients may purchase. This revenue will help cover our overhead costs.

Q: How does this Non-Profit service differ from any other attorney or legal help available to the public?

A: Aside from the aspect of "great cost vs. zero cost," ... Attorneys provide a service based on procedural knowledge and rarely assist their clients as well as most people believe they should. Believe it or not, an attorney's interest and allegiance are to the B.A.R. and to the courts. (Now, that is a BIG conversation for another time). However, the knowledge we reveal is rarely taught, uncommonly known, and strategically suppressed, though it exists solely for your benefit and discovery. The system is perfect and was designed for you to prosper.

Q: How will you reach people outside of your immediate area? How will people seek out your help from faraway locations?

A: We will be able to provide education and other services through a variety of media, such as individual and class "Zoom meetings," pre-recorded video lessons, as well as process outlines and/or instructional .pdf documents, sent via email. We truly are prepared to scale this business a.s.a.p, and ultimately, we intend on reaching as many Americans as possible.
